Serving the Phoenix Valley
We run drain calls across the Valley. That includes Phoenix and the surrounding cities: Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, Tempe, Glendale, Gilbert, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear, and Queen Creek.
Phoenix-area homes have their own drain problems. Older neighborhoods near central Phoenix still have cast iron and clay lines that scale up and crack. Hard water here builds scale in pipes faster than most of the country. We deal with all three every week.
Our Professional Drain Services in Phoenix
Four things go wrong with drains: something is blocking the line, something is coating the line, something is growing into the line, or the line itself has failed. Everything below is how we find out which one you have and deal with it.
The everyday call. A sink that won't empty, a tub filling up around your ankles, a toilet that rises before it falls.
We cable the line with a drum machine sized to the pipe, working the blockage loose and pulling it back out rather than pushing it further down where it becomes someone's problem again in three months. Hair, grease, soap buildup, wipes, food waste, toys. Most of it comes out on the first visit.
If something is genuinely stuck, we have the tools to cut it out or pull it out from inside the pipe. Roots, hardened scale, and objects that shouldn't be down there don't automatically mean digging.
Common jobs
- Kitchen sinks and garbage disposals
- Bathroom sinks
- Showers and tubs
- Toilets
- Floor drains in garages and laundry rooms
- Laundry standpipes and utility sinks
- Roof drains and scuppers on flat roofs
- Clogs that came back after someone else cleared them

Call NowWhen more than one fixture is slow, the problem isn't the fixture. It's the main line carrying everything out to the street.
We work through the cleanout when there is one, which keeps the mess outside and the machine out of your bathroom. If there's no accessible cleanout we'll find another way in and tell you what installing one would take, because it makes every future service call cheaper and cleaner.
Root intrusion at pipe joints is the most common cause in Phoenix, especially in older neighborhoods with mature trees and clay or cast iron lines. We clear it, then put a camera in to see whether it's coming back.
Call us if
- Two or more fixtures are draining slow at the same time
- A toilet gurgles when the washer drains
- Water comes up in a tub or shower when you flush
- You're getting sewage smell from a floor drain or the yard

Call NowCabling punches a hole through a clog. Jetting removes it.
We run high-pressure water through a specialized nozzle that scours the full inside diameter of the pipe, stripping off the grease, sludge and scale that a cable just bores a channel through. It also cuts root hair at the joints. The line comes back closer to its original capacity instead of just barely flowing again.
This is the right call when a drain keeps clogging on a cycle, when the line serves a kitchen with years of grease in it, or when a camera shows the pipe walls coated rather than blocked. It costs more than cabling and it lasts substantially longer.
Best for
- Recurring clogs that come back every few months
- Grease-heavy kitchen and restaurant lines
- Scale buildup in older cast iron
- Root intrusion, paired with a follow-up camera check
We only recommend jetting when the camera shows the cable can't do the job. You'll see the footage and get a price before we start.

Call NowThe part almost nobody else shows you.
A camera goes down the line and we watch the screen together. You see whether you have a simple clog, roots pushing through a joint, a bellied section holding standing water, scale narrowing the pipe, or an actual break. Guessing at any of that is how homeowners end up paying for the wrong repair.
Want a copy? Just ask. We'll share the footage with you, so it's yours to keep, compare, or show to anyone else.
When you want one
- The same drain keeps clogging and nobody can tell you why
- Multiple fixtures are affected at once
- Before you buy a home built before roughly 1980
- Before you spend money on a repair somebody recommended without showing you the pipe
- After a major clear, to confirm the line is actually in good shape

Call NowA backed-up drain at home is a bad day. At a business, it can mean closing the doors.
Restaurants, retail spaces, offices, and multi-unit properties put far more through their drains than a household does, and they can't wait for a convenient time to deal with a backup. We work around your hours, including nights and weekends, so a clogged line doesn't cost you a day of business.
Commercial lines tend to fail for predictable reasons: grease building up in kitchen lines, heavy daily use in shared restrooms, and older cast iron that's been narrowing for years. We clear the blockage, then put a camera down the line so you see exactly what caused it and whether it's likely to come back.
Who we work with
- Restaurants and commercial kitchens
- Retail stores and shopping centers
- Office buildings
- Apartments, condos, and multi-unit properties
- Property managers handling multiple locations
Same offer as our residential customers: no cost to come out, a free camera inspection, and our 30-day guarantee.

Call NowSome drain problems can wait for Tuesday. These can't.
Sewage backing up into a tub or shower, multiple fixtures backing up at once, or water coming up through a floor drain all mean the main line is involved and wastewater has nowhere to go. Every hour it sits raises the odds of it reaching flooring, drywall and cabinets.
We answer the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and most jobs get handled the same day you call. Not a dispatch service — a person picks up.

Signs Your Drain Needs Attention
Most drain emergencies give warning signs first. Here's what to watch for.
More Than One Drain Is Slow: When the tub, sink, and toilet all slow down together, the problem is the main line they share.
Gurgling Noises: Air getting pushed back up the pipe means water can't get past something further down.
Water Backing Up: Water coming up where it shouldn't means wastewater has nowhere to go. This one doesn't wait.
Recurring Clogging: If the same drain clogs every few months, nobody has fixed the cause — only the symptom.
If you're seeing two or more of these, get a camera in the line before it becomes an emergency.

Have a drain or pipe that is damaged?
We don’t leave you.
Sometimes the camera finds something a cleaning won't fix. A cracked line, a collapsed section, a pipe that has reached the end of its life.
When that happens, we tell you straight, show you the footage, and connect you with a trusted partner who handles that work. We don't mark it up and you're never obligated to use them. Get other quotes if you want to. You'll have the video either way.
Knowing what you're actually dealing with is worth something on its own.
Drain Cleaning Phoenix FAQs
-
Not really. The fizzing is a chemical reaction that looks impressive and does almost nothing to a real clog. It may loosen light soap scum in a slow drain. It will not touch a hair clog, a grease clog, or roots. It's also harmless, so there's no reason not to try it before you call us.
-
For most Phoenix homes, a main line cleaning every 18 to 24 months is reasonable preventive maintenance. If you have mature trees near the sewer line, an older cast iron or clay line, or a history of recurring clogs, annually is closer to right.
-
Cabling (snaking) pushes a rotating cable through the blockage and pulls debris out. It's fast and it handles most household clogs. Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the entire inside wall of the pipe. Cabling clears a path through a clog. Jetting removes the buildup that caused it. Jetting costs more and lasts longer.
-
Not for a single slow sink. You do want one if the same drain keeps clogging, if multiple fixtures are affected at once, if you're buying a home built before roughly 1980, or before you spend money on a repair someone recommended without showing you the pipe.
-
Caustic drain cleaners generate heat and can soften PVC joints and accelerate corrosion in older metal pipes. They also sit in the trap if the clog doesn't clear, which makes the job more hazardous for whoever opens the line next. Tell us if you've poured any in.
-
A clog that returns on a schedule usually means something structural: a bellied section holding water, root intrusion at a joint, scale narrowing the pipe, or a fixture that was installed with the wrong slope. Clearing it again treats the symptom. A camera tells you which one you're dealing with.
-
Usually not. We have tools that work from inside the line to cut through an obstruction or pull it back out, whether that's roots, hardened scale, or something that got dropped down there. Digging is a last resort, not a first quote.
-
Yes, our services are 24/7. Sewage backing up into the house or multiple fixtures backing up at once should be treated as urgent. Call now.
-
No. We clear, jet and inspect drains. If the camera shows a break, a collapse or a line at the end of its life, we'll show you the footage, explain what you're looking at, and connect you with a trusted partner who does that work. We don't mark it up, and you're free to get your own quotes.
